Privacy Policy

1. Game data and accounts

No app account or sign-in is required. Your word bank, practice answers and progress, scores, preferences, and a cached Premium status are stored locally. The app does not send your word lists or practice answers to a developer-operated server.

The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, health information, or precise GPS location. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, and use it to respond to your request.

2. Advertising and related data

The free version uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses (including to estimate approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, device/app information, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, crash logs, and performance data. These data support ad delivery and measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

When permitted by your consent choices and applicable requirements, advertising identifiers and related data may be used to personalize ads and measure advertising across apps and websites. On iOS, the app requests App Tracking Transparency permission before accessing the advertising identifier. Declining permission does not prevent you from practicing.

Premium removes in-app ads. It does not erase information already processed by advertising providers or eliminate purchase validation.

3. Premium and purchase validation

Premium is a one-time purchase processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, maintain Premium entitlements, restore purchases, and understand purchase activity. It processes an automatically generated app user identifier, purchase/receipt or transaction information, and technical device/app information. An identifier can link purchase records even without a name or email address.

We do not receive payment card numbers or bank account details from these transactions. Purchase processing continues when Premium is active. Removing the app does not remove store purchase records.

4. Sharing, retention, and security

Information is processed by the advertising, purchase, and technical providers described above for their respective services. These providers may process information outside your country. Their policies and contractual terms describe their practices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud or security incidents.

Local game data remains on your device until deleted, subject to your device's backup and restore settings. Purchase records and service data may be retained for validation, accounting, security, and legal requirements. We retain support correspondence as needed to address requests and related obligations. We cannot promise immediate deletion of records held independently by Apple, Google, or other providers.

No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Avoid including sensitive personal information in custom word lists or support messages.

5. Your choices and privacy requests

• Where available, use the app's ad privacy settings to review consent choices.
• On iOS, manage tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, manage advertising preferences in your device's privacy/ad settings; labels vary by version.
• Clear app storage where supported or delete the app to remove local game data. Device backups may retain copies; offloading an iOS app may preserve its data.
• Use Restore Purchases to recover an eligible Premium purchase through the store.
• Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we control, or to withdraw consent or raise a privacy concern. Available rights depend on your location. We may need information to identify the relevant records; do not send passwords or payment card details.

6. Children

The app is designed for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Advertising and purchase providers' practices are described in the linked policies.

7. This page and external links

This policy page contains no analytics scripts, advertising, or external fonts. When hosted on GitHub Pages, hosting requests are subject to GitHub's Privacy Statement. Other linked websites have their own privacy practices.

8. Policy updates

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The date above indicates the latest revision.
